Eric is a breath of fresh air. Highly competent and intelligent individual. Took the time to explain what was happening. Took detailed notes, pictures, documentation. Clearly a hard worker. I wish I had an Eric in every expertise when it came to my home. I trusted him after only a couple of minutes. Quality person and did exceptional work. 10/10 best experience Iโve had so far with owning our home!

Eric truly is The Dryer Vent King! The King showed up on time and evacuated a birdโs nest from my vent system. Believe it our not, the sneaky Starlings figured out how to open the flaps and move in, and did not even offer to pay rent.

Eric was thorough and explained everything so clearly. We had always had concerns about our existing set up. Things weren’t functioning the way they should, and he was quick to inspect, tell us what needed to be fixed, and immediately address the issues. He also gave us options and let us know what work was most needed vs other things we could do later/on our own for a cheaper cost, which I thought was helpful and admirable. Highly recommend and glad to finally have peace of mind that our dryer is working safely!

We thought we needed our dryer vents cleaned so we called Dryer Vent King. It turns out our vents were dirty but the clog was in the dryer. We are grateful that Eric had the experience to troubleshoot the problem in the dryer and the vents. Other companies only told us about the vent system. Looking forward to seeing Dryer Vent King next year for preventative maintenance.

Very professional and very detailed. I got to truly understand the venting of the dryer and what is needed for absolute fire safety. All the components of the system of vending were disgusting. Great detail by Eric. I would highly recommend him. He knows his stuff.

I called them thinking all I needed was a basic cleaning and it turned out to be a lot bigger than I expected. Scott was amazing! He was professional, took the time to explain (and show) exactly what we needed done and, he cleaned up everything before he left. Eric is knowledgeable, punctual, and extremely detail-oriented. He took the time to show me not only the problems I had, but also explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. My dryer vent situation was pretty bad; Eric was able to come up with a course of action to solve my problem in both a timely and economically friendly manner. We had to have a full dryer vent system replaced which went through our ceiling. Eric arrived both days in the time frame allotted, was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly. We will continue to use him for our annual dryer vent cleaning.
